Refunds

At 70XSVN, every order is carefully prepared and inspected before shipping. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

* The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
* All original tags and packaging are intact.
* Proof of purchase is provided.

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
